This is expected for newly released software. Windows SmartScreen and Chrome Safe Browsing warn about any executable that hasn't built up a large download history yet — it's not a sign the file is harmful. DingPack Agent is open, straightforward software that connects only to dingpack.com.

Double-click DingPackAgent-Setup.exe and click Install. If SmartScreen appears, click More info → Run anyway. The agent installs to your user folder — no admin password needed.
Mac
Open Terminal and run:
Alternatively: right-click in Finder → Open → Open to bypass Gatekeeper.
On first run, the agent opens your browser to a DingPack login page. Sign in to your account and click Approve — the agent is then linked to your store automatically. No API keys to copy-paste.
The agent disappears into the system tray (^ arrow in the taskbar) and starts automatically every time Windows boots. It polls for new orders every 5 seconds and prints automatically — no window to keep open. To reopen it, search DingPack Agent in the Start Menu.
To change your printer or re-authorize your account, run the agent with the --setup flag from a terminal:
