DingPack provides an automated packing slip printing service for Shopify merchants ("the Service"). By using DingPack you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Unused print credits do not roll over. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
You may not use DingPack to print materials that are illegal, fraudulent, or violate Shopify's terms of service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in violation of these terms.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed prints due to connectivity issues, printer hardware failures, or scheduled maintenance.
DingPack's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
