Amazon Seller Central integration — MFN sellers only

DingPack connects to your Seller account via the Amazon SP-API. When a Merchant Fulfilled order is placed, DingPack prints the packing slip instantly. FBA orders are fulfilled by Amazon and don't need printing — DingPack is built specifically for sellers who handle their own shipping.

Up and running in under 10 minutes

Three simple steps. No technical knowledge required.

1️⃣

Create your account

Sign up for DingPack and add your Amazon marketplace. Your account manages print jobs, history, and billing all in one place.

2️⃣

Connect Seller Central

Authorize DingPack via the Amazon SP-API OAuth flow — click Connect Seller Central, log in to Amazon, and approve access. DingPack only reads the order data it needs to print.

3️⃣

Install the print agent

Download the Windows or Mac agent and run the installer. Sign in with your DingPack account — it configures itself and runs quietly in the system tray. MFN orders now print automatically.

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Built for Amazon MFN sellers who handle their own shipping every day.

Instant MFN order printing

The moment an Amazon Merchant Fulfilled order is placed, DingPack detects it via the SP-API and sends it to your printer — no polling delay, no manual steps.

Frequently asked questions

Does DingPack work with FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) orders?

No — and that's intentional. FBA orders are picked, packed, and shipped by Amazon's warehouse staff, so there's nothing for you to print. DingPack is built exclusively for MFN (Merchant Fulfilled Network) sellers who handle their own shipping and need packing slips printed at their location.

Which Amazon marketplaces are supported?

DingPack supports all major Amazon marketplaces including US (amazon.com), UK (amazon.co.uk), Canada (amazon.ca), Germany (amazon.de), France (amazon.fr), Italy (amazon.it), Spain (amazon.es), and more. You can connect multiple marketplaces to a single DingPack account.

What order data does DingPack access from my Seller account?

DingPack connects via the Amazon SP-API using OAuth and requests only the minimum scopes needed to retrieve MFN order details (order number, items, shipping address, and buyer name). No payment information, no Seller Central credentials, and no inventory data are ever accessed or stored.

Can I reprint a specific Amazon order?

Yes. Search for any past Amazon order by order number in the DingPack dashboard and click Reprint. You can also use the system tray context menu to reprint your last job, or send a test print at any time to verify your printer is working correctly.

Can I connect multiple Amazon seller accounts?

Yes. You can connect multiple Seller Central accounts and multiple marketplaces to one DingPack account. Each seller account is managed separately in the dashboard — one subscription per connected account — and all print jobs flow through a single print agent on your PC.

What happens if the print agent is offline when an order comes in?

Orders are queued in DingPack and printed in order as soon as the agent reconnects. You can also manually reprint any queued job from the dashboard or the tray menu — nothing is lost while you're offline.
