Frequently asked questions

Does DingPack work with all Etsy plans?

Yes. DingPack connects via the Etsy API, which is available to all Etsy sellers regardless of plan. There are no special seller tiers required — just an active Etsy shop.

What Etsy data does DingPack access?

DingPack only accesses the data needed to print your packing slips: order number, line items, buyer shipping address, and your shop name. No payment details, no message threads, no financial data. The OAuth scope is kept as narrow as possible.

Can I reprint a specific Etsy order?

Yes. Search for any order by number in the DingPack dashboard and click Reprint, or use the system tray context menu. You can also send a test print at any time from the dashboard.

What happens if the print agent is offline when an order comes in?

Orders are queued in DingPack and printed in order as soon as the agent reconnects. You can also manually reprint any queued job from the dashboard or the tray menu.

Can I connect multiple Etsy shops?

Yes. Connect as many shops as you need to your DingPack account. The agent handles all of them — one agent per PC, one subscription per shop. Orders from all shops print through the same local agent.
