How does DingPack connect to my TikTok Shop?

DingPack connects via the official TikTok Shop Open API using OAuth. You click Connect Store, authorize DingPack in a TikTok popup, and you're done — no API keys to copy, no credentials to paste.

Which orders trigger a print?

Orders in Awaiting Shipment status trigger a packing slip. DingPack receives these instantly via TikTok Shop webhooks and also polls every 5 minutes as a backup — so nothing slips through.

Can I connect TikTok Shop alongside my other stores?

Yes. DingPack supports multiple platforms simultaneously — you can have Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Etsy, Amazon, and TikTok Shop all connected to one account. All orders flow through a single print agent on your PC.

What happens if the print agent is offline when an order comes in?

Orders are queued in DingPack and printed in order as soon as the agent reconnects. You can also manually reprint any queued job from the dashboard or the tray menu — nothing is lost while you're offline.
